Mushroom supplement for raw fed dogs
No grain in it. Which is the whole point of his diet.
A mushroom supplement for raw fed dogs, made from organic fruiting bodies with no grain fillers. Stirs into raw, gently cooked or wet food without changing the texture of the meal.

For raw feeders
Most mushroom powders are grown on grain and milled with it
That is the part the category does not advertise. Mycelium is cultivated on a grain substrate, then the whole thing — grain included — is dried and powdered. If you have built your dog’s diet around what is not in it, that matters.
- Fruiting bodies only. The actual mushroom. No mycelium-on-grain, no starch bulking out the scoop.
- Zero fillers, grains or synthetic additives. Nine organic mushroom extracts. That is the complete ingredient list.
- 37% beta-glucans, guaranteed and printed. Third-party tested every batch. Grain-grown powders cannot print a number like that.

Pet parents and vets, in their own words
He’s behaving like a puppy again
“I’ve noticed positive changes in his normal skin growths. Within a week, his energy seemed to improve tremendously, he’s behaving like a puppy again!”
It mixes seamlessly into food
“In my clinical experience, lumps and bumps are one of the most common concerns in aging pets. I’ve started adding Buddy Guard to my dog’s and cat’s food to help support their skin health and immune function. Their skin and coats look and feel healthier.”
Two years in, still going
“Tinkerbell and Puck are lucky adopted pups who have been taking Buddy Guard with their daily meals for over 2 years now. They have both shown better health and happiness as a result and love the taste, so I will continue to give it to them.”
Even my pickiest pet eats it
“I’m impressed with Buddy Guard’s clean, organic ingredients — especially the turkey-tail mushroom blend, which I use in my veterinary practice for its immune-supporting benefits. Even my pickiest pet happily eats it when I sprinkle it over her food.”
Fewer flare-ups
“Honestly this surprised me. My dog has bad yeast flare ups which lead to skin infections. They have had less flare ups in the past month and some change and this is the only product I’ve added to their regime.”
A boost in his overall energy
“I started using it for my own 7-year-old Rottweiler, who was beginning to slow down with age. Since adding this supplement to his routine, I’ve noticed a noticeable boost in his overall energy. It’s a great natural option to support immune health — especially for aging, senior, large-breed dogs like my own.”

Straight answers
Questions people actually ask
Does it change the texture of raw food?
No. It is a fine powder that stirs through raw or gently cooked food without altering it.
What is the difference between fruiting body and mycelium?
Fruiting body is the mushroom itself. Mycelium for pet products is usually grown on grain and milled with the grain still in it — which is why beta-glucan content drops.
Is there any grain in this at all?
None. Nine organic mushroom extracts, nothing else.
Can I give it alongside a raw topper or bone broth?
Yes. It has no added flavouring, so it will not compete with anything else in the bowl.
One scoop a day
Ninety days. And nothing in it you didn’t choose.
If your dog won’t eat it, or you’re not satisfied for any reason at all, we send a prepaid label and refund you in full. You’re risking a bowl of mushroom powder and about three months of consistency.
